I’m an 8 year customer of t-mobile, but when I needed a new phone, they didn’t properly process the return, and would not reverse their mistake. They treated me like I was lying, and the manager was too busy to come out and talk with me.

I stopped in today because they have been advertising very good deals online. I told the gentleman what my situation was and what I was looking for. First thing he did was ask me for my drivers license and then a system asked for my ss#… I paused for a bit thinking why didn’t he go over plans and rates with me first? What phones could I get, what plans were available? He said he needed to check my credit. A thug sat in the corner. The rap music played rather loud and menacingly. He then took my phone from me and asked me to unlock it, going through and pressing buttons and the like. After all that he said the trade in value of my phone was 48 bucks, not 300 like they’ve been advertising. The whole experience was very bizarre and left me feeling uncomfortable. He seemed really unknowledgeable about the different promos being offered. I asked for my belongings back. I was outta there. No real life menace to society Cleveland style for me. In going somewhere else.
