Great place to live. I don’t live in the main building whereat of the undergrad love so it’s quiet. Parking for guest is annoying, but that’s is my only complaint.

This place is a piece of trash. The insulation is very poor, the walls are paper thin and there is constant noise. In the winter they don’t even have a plow truck and have to use a 4 wheeler to plow. They plow your cars in. Also, for how much you pay per month and for a $ 50 parking pass (per month) you would think that they would offer guest parking, which they do not. My family has to park on the streets of Cleveland whenever they want to come visit me. Also, everything is falling apart. The first month I was living here the towel rack fell, the hooks on the back of the doors would fall and much much more. On top of all this they completely turned off our water without any sort of warning, resulting in no morning showers or not being able to use the toilet! The people who work in the office are nothing but rude. I am a college student and pay an arm and a leg to live in these apartments. They are honestly a piece of crap to say the least. Everyone who works here only cares about money. (They even raised the rent). The windows are single paned and you can feel the cold if you stand near them, which makes your electric bill huge. I would not recommend this apartment to ANYBODY.

Great place to live so far, only drawback is occasional noisy college kids but otherwise well worth the price so far…
