Amazing shop. Super nice guys and fixed bike on the spot. I traveled to the area for Ironman Chattanooga and found critical bike issue. They resolved. Now just have to worry about myself. Had everything I needed and super helpful.

«She who must be obeyed» decided she needed a new road bike so we decided to give Trailhead a shot after she was treated like a leper at a larger store in Chattanooga. The store is staffed by two guys who went far and beyond being helpful. They truly made us feel as of they wanted to help her find «her bike» and not just make a sale. We entered the store with a budget and they kept us in that range. Also Trailhead offers LIFETIME maintenance on the bike. You can guess we came home with a new bike and have no regrets.
