I switched back to Verizon from Boost (hated Boost Mobile). I have also been a customer of ATT and Sprint and will never use ATT again. Verizon always was a good service for me with great coverage, I just switched away to cheaper providers… but sometimes a savings is not worth it and also Verizon now has less expensive plans (I used to pay $ 120 a month for one phone).
I have been in this Cleveland store now about 5 times and every visit has gone quite well. Normally the wait is not too bad (one time it was). The service is spot on. I now have three phones with Verizon and love the Droid Turbo.

I have Verizon Wireless so every now and then I have to come here. Especially when my cell phone or cell phone Accesories tear up or stop working.
I don’t like to come here because when I do it will costs me money.
However, the customer service is great as they do help me in solving my problems. You can also pay your Verizon Wireless cell phone bill here too.
