Latte, is tasteless. And the staff would scream at each other from one corner to another. Not clean. You will see lot of flies

This Dunkin Donuts has a bright look and is always clean. The donuts are marginal, though, probably a corporate issue. The traffic flow at the register is stressful. The ice cream is now only soft serve, with no scooping service anymore. There’s a take out display of Baskin Robbins packaged ice cream. The donuts-​ice cream business model really doesn’t work, because staff have to move from one counter to another. I picked up a carryout hot fudge sundae once that my spouse enjoyed, but unless people pile in here for soft serve year round I think that part of the business here will fade. Dunkin persists in not offering a nondairy creamer for its coffee, and there’s no dairyfree softserve, so this place is low on my list of coffee stops.
