Urgent Care of Southern Saratoga

Awful! Knew I had strep and initial testing they do came back negative. Doctor gave me anti nausea pill due to the fact I thought I was going to vomit, had a fever, and sore throat! I went to Malta Urgent care next day and strep was confirmed! Argh!!!
On top of misdiagnosis, they coded lab work as out patient care instead of lab work. They won’t return calls and fix this! Ridiculous! Would never go here! Malta much better and cleaner!!!

This is probably the worst urgent care in the entire planet. I had gone in for a badly sprained ankle (Grade-​II) and there was no sense of URGENCY whatsoever once I got there. Doctor attended to me after probably an hour and the nurse was so callous and didn’t even point the do’s and don’t as I was getting to leave but hands me out this 5 sheets of paper which makes no sense since it doesn’t clearly tell you how bad your ankle is anywhere. I go to an orthopedic after a month (Obviously it was still swollen and hadn’t recovered) and he tells me that its not my ankle which is sprained and it is my foot (palm). I had to take additional x-​rays and had to undergo physical therapy for close to a month to start walking again. However, this is not the end of story.
I never received any bill since I believe or at least believed at that time my insurance took are of everything and I also paid the deductible for urgent care on the day of this incident. I got injured on July 7,2013 and I receive a letter on November 5,2013 saying that I owe them 10 $ and if I don’t respond within 15 days it will be sent to collection agency. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY BILLS PRIOR TO THIS NOTICE. When I call the billing section, got a rude lady answering the phone lacking any basic respect or courtesy.
I am done with this place. DO NOT GO!

Very long waits, I had a broken foot and wanted to get x-​rays and after she told me it could be up to two hours I went home and waited to the next day to go to my DR.

OK– Turns out after all the below our friends ANKLE WAS BROKEN, which they totally missed.
Come to find out discussing with someone else that they broke their hand and the same exact thing happened.
Place is a total joke, avoid.
