Burger King

Fast food? What a joke. Places consistently the slowest Burger King you’ll ever visit in your life. And they have the weirdest drive thru with two large columns sticking out of the corner of the building that makes your car sear off away from the building as you try to make your turn towards the pickup window. Super annoying. You’ll sit waiting for about 20 minutes if there’s three or four cars ahead of you. The management this place is horrible. And as you place your order for example a whopper, and he starts saying how you want your water to be prepared no onions, no mayo, no pickles, whatever the person who’s taking orders instantly cuts you off, talks over you… and says small medium large? And then gets all confused about how you want to customize your order. The training is probably the worst a of any fast food establishment you’ll ever visit. Who has time for this? Very annoying place to visit.

Would have been zero stars, but you have to leave at least one star. Complete opposite of what «fast food» is supposed to be. Lack of professionalism and no sense of urgency. Had to wait 10 minutes for an order with no one ahead of me, and got to see two orders placed after mine filled before I received mine. Not to mention all the drive thru orders that were filled while waiting for a sandwich.

Definitely the slowest Burger King drive thru I’ve ever been to. During dinner hours expect to wait at least 20 minutes.

The worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. An 18 minute wait for a simple order for one person when the place was empty.
I asked to speak to the manager explaining to her that I thought that was an excessive wait for fast food and was not even offered an apology. I can only assume that it’s standard operating procedure.
Never going back to this location or to the chain if that’s the way they train their managers.

horrible service, only 1 person working in the kitchen. it may not have been peak hours but no restaurant should be that understaffed. waited almost 20 minutes for food, which is completely unacceptable for a FAST food place.

I usually go to this Burger King since I only live a few blocks away, but this is definitely the worse Burger King I’ve ever been to. I’ve grown accustom to the slow service with both drive-​thru and walk-​ins even when it’s dead. As far as food goes, it’s your typical mediocre fast-​food stuff.
Also, at one point, they used to charge customers 10cents for extra sauce for their chicken nuggets. Like wtf? Really? It’s just sauce!
The only positive thing I can SAY about this place is their playroom area. They used to have Marvel vs Capcom 2 lol.

This Burger King Spot is not the best, but it’ll do. The service could be quicker, I had to wait 10 minutes just a whopper when there was no one else in line. I’d understand if the place was packed, but I was the only person on line.

Easily the worst Burger King I have ever been to due to severe service problems. I have never waited less than 10 minutes for an order here, and I did not receive my food at all on one occasion. The food itself is fine by BK’s standards, but I am never returning here.

Slow, slow, slow. Wheres the management? How can you not be successful with a BK franchise? Something definetly wrong here. Get it together!

I like Burger King but this is the worst one I ever went to. Last time I wanted a whopper I actually drove past this one and went to the one in Little Falls instead.

I dont see myself making a habit of reviewing fast food places because whats the point really? Typically when you have to resort to something like this you have already mentally prepared yourself for mediocre and if it turns not so bad then your pleasantly surprised. Not in this case, they have managed to limbo under the bar of mediocrity by constantly messing up orders and even when they do get the order right the food kinda sucks. Most recent experience being taking a bite out of a whopper expecting warm but instead getting into it with a near frozen piece of cheese. Place wasn’t this bad in the beginning but has just gotten worst lately so I wont be back and I would advise others to stay away as well.
