Carvel Ice Cream

Can someone please clean this place? Can someone tell the staff that ice cream is supposed to be frozen? Thanks.

I’m sorry but this location needs an upkeep! Ice cream station is gross, flavors are melting and mixed with other flavors, freezer has freezer burn all over the place and that’s where the ice cream is stored, disgusting!!! Ice cream tastes like rubber, and the servers are all over the place, running like a chicken with no head

I probably should keep this to myself, but this location of Carvel actually has Fudgie the Whale in stock! Amazing! To preface, my husband is obsessed with Fudgie the Whale, not just any Carvel Ice Cream cake, it must be Fudgie. I learned the reason behind the obsession is the fudge crust. After visiting two other locations that were Fudgie-​less, we were thrilled to find it here.
They have a nice selection of coolers filled with pre-​made ice cream cakes that they are happy to personalize for you. They also offer both soft-​serve and traditional ice creams. When we were there they have Chocolate, Vanilla, and Mint soft serve. My husband really wanted to try the mint, but he got Fudgie, so we didn’t need two desserts.
We went on a Wednesday night and it was crazy in there. They have a special going on right now on Wednesdays, Buy one sundae, get one free (soft serve only), so the line was out the door.
My only complaint was that we were standing in line to pay for the cake, and they just ignored us for about 5 minutes or so taking orders for sundaes. We’re paying customers too, and we spent a lot more money than those sundaes, don’t ignore us!
