I just didn’t get good vibes in this place. It is about 35 degrees outside and there was no heat inside of this place. My pedicure was average… no real massage or cleaning… it wasn’t necessarily relaxing. I paid 75 $ for an acrylic french tip set and basic pedicure on a Wednesday. Thats a little absurd considering my treatment wasn’t that great.

Very nice staff, the place needs a face lift. Not the best pedicure ever, but for $ 15 and it was in February when no one really sees your feet, it’s not a bad place to go to.

This is a great salon. Great customer service and very happy with the service. The staff is very friendly &ACCOMMODATING, making my daughter and I feel very at home. I walked in without an appointment and was in a bind to get my nails done for a wedding in a rush and they were very accommodating. I truly recommend this place! The salon is neat and clean and very pleasant.

About two to three years ago new management took over this salon. From there on I feel this place has gone down hill. I used to go and get a mani/pedi when the old management was there, and it was excellent service. The new management is rude, and I’ve noticed the decline is service. My friend and I came in to get manis/pedis, and they rushed us in and out. The workers were rude, and they did not do my cuticles properly. Likewise, my friends nails weren’t even completely dried under the drier, and they tried to get her out from under the drier. Also, I was rudely asked as to when i was going to pay, while i was waiting for my friends nails to completely dry. The best part was that my manicure chipped in two days. Overall, I expected to come out of the salon relaxed, and happy. Of course, that did not happen, and i actually came out more angry and stressed. Horrible customer service, and I do not recommend this place at all.

I came here recently for a pedicure. I walked in and didn’t have to wait, which was good. The salon was neat and clean. They had a nice selection of nail polishes. Pedicure was good, nothing fancy. It’s been two weeks and it hasn’t chipped. Price was decent. I would go back again for a quick pedicure.

My first experience here was a good one, and it was a downward spiral after that. So, the first time I went here it was around 1PM on a Tuesday. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. I was the only person in there, so they did a good job. The gel Mani stayed for 4 weeks! WHHHAAAT! I went back 4 weeks later(shame on me) and walked in at 6:45 when they close at 7:30. There had a few customers, and were not happy about me walking in at 6:45. They were in a huge rush to get me done, which is fine(if you do a good job) because I walked in late, and I really don’t what to be there for more than 1 hour anyway. They had one person doing my toes and another person putting the foil on my nails to soak off the old gels. They then did my gel manicure while I was in the pedicure chair. This was a bit uncomfortable and I had to stop them when they tried to put the UV lamp on my lap teetering above the water in the pedicure sink. Sure, I like my hooves and paws looking nice, but I don’t want to die by electrocution. I walked out in about 45 minutes, but wasn’t sure who to tip because they had multiple people switching in and out working on my nails. I hate that. Manicure chipped in 2 weeks. Not too bad. Third time I arrived at a decent hour, nothing major to report. Multiple people worked on me, not a very thorough manicure, gel chipped in 1 day. BOOO! LASTTIME — I walked in, they were packed. I told them I wanted gel Mani and pedi. They told me to pick a color. Someone else walk in while I was picking a color, they start on her first. I waited about half and hour before they started on me. Because they were busy they really just washed my feet and changed my polish(I think I had 2 people do that). Yeah, great, thanks. And this time they decided not to soak off my gels properly, but took the drill directly to my nails to file it off. No soaking at all. What is this 1998 and I have big acrylic nails? Are you kidding me with the drill? At this point i realized I was done with the place. Oh, also, every time I was there they asked me if I wanted an eyebrow wax. If I wanted that I would have asked for it. Are they telling me I had bad eyebrows? Way to keep customers. So, if you have a job when you can show up at 1PM on a Tuesday, then go. If you have need to go between the hours of 4 – 7, don’t bother wasting your money. They do a half-a$$ job. Oh they also have a TERRIBLE selection of gel colors. I now pay $ 19 more for the gel mani and pedi elsewhere.

Best place to go for nail spa and nail fixes. The owner and the workers are very friendly and professional. They have state of the art equipments. Everything is new and clean. The manicurist are very knowledgeable of what they do. By the way, they also do waxings. So everything in one place.
