Canine Workshop

I sent in an application to get into their March 30^th night classes about three weeks in advance. This application included a $ 25 deposit. About a week and a half later, I called in to make sure I actually had a spot in the class because I had received no notification and the check had not been cashed. I recieved no call back. A couple days before I called again to say I could not attend the classes because of scheduling conflicts that came up with work and since my check had not been cashed to please void it since I again I was not sure I even had a spot in the class. Again I recieved no call back. I called one more time the day of the class to again remind them that I had no idea if I was actually signed up for the class but that I would not be able to attend and to please rip up the check. Now a week and a half after the original start date of the class I find the check cashed. Again with no phone call explaining why. Horrible customer service. Will not ever go here. Don’t expect any contact with them to be returned.
I cannot comment on the actual classes themselves.

We are entering into week 4 of our puppy class. The business has just moved to a new location that is nicely equipped and very large. The instructors are really great. They provide ample tips and demonstrations with your pup. The other great thing is that puppy class truly means puppy. All of the classmates are 5 mo or younger. We attended class at another place and they considered puppy 1 year and under. Our little guy was only 11 weeks and he was there with 12 month old dogs. The only downside I see about the new place is since it is so large, it’s quite noisy with 2 classes being conducted simultaneously. Lots of barking dogs echoeing through the room!

Taken two classes here for my puppies. One was great with a very easy to follow instructor. The other was taught by a woman who seemed to be to tired to care much.
