First, I have to admit my car is now (mostly) fixed and it looks good. However. It took an entire month (business days) to fix relatively minor front end damage. During that month they continually lied about the progress they were making and couldn’t seem to find parts for a very common car in Michigan. When I picked my car up, they still hadn’t gotten a piece of my grill so they told me to pick it up the next week and install it myself. On top of the fact they didn’t complete what they I paid them to do, my check engine light is on and all the broken parts they took off were shoved into my trunk getting grease and who knows what else all over it. I wouldn’t send anyone I knew or liked here, they are dishonest and extremely lazy.

Unfortunately, I’ve been in several car accidents (not all of them were my fault!) but they all required more than just a little paint job… The staff at lakeside collision is very HONEST, knowledgeable and skillful.
My car was ready when they said it would be, the price never changed and they went out of their way to make sure that I wasn’t inconvenienced in any way. I highly recommended Lakeside Collision (I’ll be a lifetime customer).

Great service and a great experience. I asked to have some fender flares removed from a car I just recently purchased. The staff was courteous and handled the repairs for me the same day. I realize I wasn’t going in for a big repair but I appreciate the attention to detail and the great service I was given. I walked around the mall and ate lunch and when I got back the car was finished. Thanks for everything guys

My car was backed into while parked and both of the driver’s side doors were smashed in. The other party had AAA who is a disaster to deal with unless you are insured by them. I went to Lakeside Collision for a quote to mail in to AAA. I was notified by Ken the manager that they deal directly with AAA and that I would have a rental by the end of the day. It took two weeks to get my car back but it was definitely worth the wait. The driver’s side looked like it came right out of the showroom and they went ahead and fixed an obvious dent in the fender for no charge. This is the only place I will ever take my car for collision repairs.

Terrible customer service. Stand at their counter for 15 minutes while the employees talk to each other before assisting customers. Had my truck for 48 hours for a buff and wheel job and never actually started working on it. After two days, I need my vehicle back!
