Went through drive thru, appears torn down from outside. Boarded up window. Glass around drive thru menu left open. Overgrown landscaping. Trash bin area destroyed. Service was good. Order correct. Worthless review

The burgers are great. The salads are not good. I ordered a burger and side salad instead of fries and my side salad was spoiled. Anyways like I said burgers fries are great, but don’t order the salad you will be disappointed.

Service is really slow, you can sit in the drive thru for quite a while so don’t dare go through if you’re in a hurry. We stopped going to this Carl’s because everytime we watch them make the food the employees are dirty, texting or talking on the phone, touching their hair and face, then handling my food, I think not, gross.

This place is clean and fast. The burger was cooked right and I love the criss cut fries!!! The server seemed friendly. No complaints here.

Third strike, you’re out…
My Wife works nights while I watch the kids so she will often pick up breakfast for me on the way home before I head off to my job. The last three times, the food has been terrible.
First strike: French toast sticks that were literally overcooked to the point of being a burnt dark-​brown. They tasted of fryer grease past it’s prime…
Second strike: Sausage biscuit sandwich that was sloppily prepared (one half of the sandwich didn’t even have egg on it) and the top of the biscuit was hard as a rock. Aren’t biscuits supposed to be fluffy? they are at your other locations…
Strike three: Yet again, a bad sausage biscuit sandwich. The top was once again hard as a rock, the egg was overcooked to the point of turning green (indicative of a sandwich that’s sat WAAAAAY too long under the heat lamp) and the sausage had a very «off» flavor to it. Sure enough, two hours later and my stomach is flip-​flopping and I still have to head to work.
I will be taking this up with corporate regional management (because simply calling the store and complaining seems to be swept under the rug). I know you can’t expect wonderful things from fast food, but consistency and edible food would be nice.

Just your average Carl’s Jr. I came on a tues morning at 10am. They serve the food which I think is very professional. Food came out tasty and hot. No complaints

I ordered without mayo due to an egg allergy and 1 of my sandwiches had mayo and the other clearly looks like they had mayo and scraped it off. If you mess up the order start again instead of trying to pass it off!!!
