Very disappointed in how they handle business. My dad lived in the apartment for 3 ½ weeks and was suddenly admitted to the hospital and from there into hospice care where he passed away. They charged him every bit of his deposit ($ 550) minus $ 23. Charging him for grout repair and repainting all walls and a fortune for carpet cleaning (wish they would have done that before he moved in. I brought my own personal cleaner over to shampoo the hallway upon move in). He cooked 1 meal in his kitchen and they charged for deep cleaning the cooktop and oven (didn’t even use the oven). As I said before, he wasn’t even there a month and was limited in his mobility. Sat in his recliner and watched tv for 90% of his day. Nice complex and nice and safe apartments. Don’t you dare die… They’ll take you for whatever they can. Disgusted.
