Well first off I have never seen such overpriced garbage rentals. I just moved here from Las Vegas, NV. I looked at some the properties and was shocked at the conditions of the homes. first step in a smell of mildew and dirty floors. Never have I seen such a lack of pride in the properties. It is apparent they know that military will always be coming in to rent. Never as a 16 year veteran have I felt used for my BAH but it is well know to many of my fellow military members that it is a sad reality. Come on step up your customer service pretend to care and not treat me like guaranteed money!!!’

If you are looking for a great property manager who follows up, returns your calls and takes care of your property as if it was their own… look elsewhere!
They are the worst property managers in town. They do not return calls, in fact when you call them to follow up they will give you the phony excuse «oh, I was going to call you today.» I’ve had nothing but issues with them. If I want an update, I literally have to call them several times until the issue is resolved. If you ask to speak with Mr. Graham (owner), he wont return your call, in fact, you can leave several messages and he may call you back later that week. E-​mailing them gets you no where as well.
Back when Mr. Furrow was managing my property, he was great, but after he left, it has gone downhill. It’s time for me to find a better more reliable property manager. Nothing but headaches with Re-​Max First Place
