Sleep Train Mattress Centers

This past weekend my fiancé and I went in to purchase a bed. Let me tell you from the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were and still are extremely happy.
Daniel helped us out with our selection. We went into the store not knowing anything. He made our selection so easy. He showed us all options and didn’t point us directly to the highest priced bed available. The added pillows and mesh to cover them was a bonus to make us able to try out the beds. His humor and ours together made the experience so much better. I already have been telling everyone and I mean everyone about our experience here. Best part was they delivered the same day. Which was Amazing because we just moved into our new place. With that said thanks again so much Daniel.

I needed a bed for my 7 year old, I had look around and came into sleep train today. The sales person was amazing Chanel showed me numerous beds; I saw one that I liked and was comfortable for my 7 year old it was a full size bed by Sealy. I told her I like the bed but seen a similar bed at Mattress land she advised me that they price match plus 5% less, well I was shocked she just did what she said she would, who does that anymore but Chanel doesmy credit ain’t the best but she was able to approve me and now my son has a bed. But the icing on the cake was I purchased the bed today it was delivered on the same day for free Chanel said Sleep Train makes things easy and doesn’t make you say no; this place is all about the customer I will always buy and refer my friends and family to come to Sleep Train for their mattress needs.

Katherine had amazing customer service skills. She helped answer all our questions and helped us get a bed for my daughter with back problems. KATHERINE was covering this store and I’m very thankful we were able to do business here and with her. This is our 3^rd bed we’ve gotten here and Sleep Train has been nothing but professional customer friendly and a great place for a great bed!

After waiting 2 weeks from rescheduled delivery dates from Sears, we were fed up. We cancelled our mattress order from Sears and came in to Sleeptrain. Blake was very helpful. We found a mattress we liked, Blake got it in the system before 2 and we got it delivered in 2 hours. Even though I spent more money here, I was happy because I was treated right.

I came into sleep train on New Year’s Eve in need of a new bed for my dad because his old bed just wasn’t working for him anymore after having surgery. Daniel was able to get an great bed for us at a great price in a short period of time. He even managed to get it delivered on New Year’s Eve! I will be back the next time I need a bed!

Byron is a very good sales person, funny very knowledgeable, laughs funny, made it a very enjoyable experience. Yes we would recommend Sleep Train on Shaw at Sierra Vista to everyone.

Daniel was very knowledgeable he walked me through each section of beds told me difference softer firmer etc what kind of sleeper I was and what would help me the most… I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything he seemed genuine in helping me find what I needed to get a better nights sleep thank you for the time, knowledge, and patience you showed… I had a lot of questions and he answered them all thanks again!!!

Great shopping experience !!! Adam the store mgr was very good at explaining everything, very professional and not pushy at all !! Delivery was awesome… bought bed at 145 pm and it was delivered same day at 300pm !!

Bought the gel series mattress and it’s amazing. The staff was helpful, and professional. They give back to the community, consistently doing things for foster children in their local markets. Priced competitively and doing business the right way. I’ll be back when the need arises and my son graduates out of the toddler bed.

For the longest time I’ve been saying to my husband, «we need to buy a new bed». Not just any new bed, a Tempur-​Pedic! My parents bought one a few years ago and every time I go visit them I knock out instantly on their bed.
So it’s pretty needless to say, we already knew what we wanted. Sort of. Come to find out they have different kinds of Tempur-​Pedics. Soft, Medium and Firm to start and then they had different lines. It was a little confusing, but the sales associates (Both of them) were kind enough to give us a break down… a couple of times. It wasn’t easy retaining all of that information about what made each group of mattresses different.
We decided to go with the new cheap options that Tempur-​Pedic came out with. Funny thing is, we didn’t decide to go with the «Simplicity» line because of the price, we went with it simply because it was the most comfortable to us. The fact that it was cheaper was actually a huge plus because we decided to go with 2 XL Twin mattresses because I like soft and my husband wanted the medium. We ended up only paying a little over $ 2000, I couldn’t believe it was so cheap.
Again, the employees were super helpful. We would have never thought to just buy two twins to make a king, and we sure would have never know the XL Twins were the better choice. I just can’t say enough about how helpful they were. The male associate, which I think was probably the manager even over saw what the female was doing and made a very awesome… adjustment. We got the bed frames too because we were going from queen to king. The male ordered us queen frames instead of twin frames because of something having to do with the length of the mattresses and balance. Something or another.
