Best in-door range in Fresno, and safety is a top priority, which I appreciate. Lighting is great and I get to shoot my AR which is a plus. Love to practice re/loading. The guys are professional, and easy to get along with, can’t wait to go back.

Place is very legit. Though the counter dudes think they’re the baddest thing in the planet. Told them I wanted to use the .45 and they pointed to my girlfriend and said not with that little one. But just expect one of the dudes to be a huge dick

Firt time at this range, very friendly staff. Its super close to me and good hrs of operation. Clean range, a little ventalation issue and the guy to my lefts .22 cartrigidges kept on bouncing into my space. Other than that it was great. 20 bones to shoot as long as u want.

Great range, smaller but efficient use of space and clean. Good pricing and no nonsense employees. Would recommend and will come back. The prices are reasonable and they provide hearing eye-pro if you didn’t bring any. Also the place host classes for the beginner to intermediate so many opportunities here.

We went there yesterday. I had never shot a gun before let alone hold one. I was very nervous at first but it was fun! We enjoyed going and we will be back again.

I have bought Guns and my family have bought serval from this place. Went to do a transfer and the guy turned us down. He said transfers are not his priority it’s the people shooting that he cares about. We will never do business here again. I recommend the RANGE. Very helpful and not rude no matter how busy or slow they are.

I second the comments on the staff, not friendly or inviting at all. It’s a nice range, with a comfortable waiting area and clean restrooms, but it cost $ 40 to share a lane with my wife. That’s ridiculous, I have an annual family membership elsewhere in town for $ 150… And my wife did her CCW class here, let me just say, her renewals are done somewhere else now.

I am a 68 year young retiree who bought herself a 22 Rugar SR22 in Phoenix, AZ at a gun show. I have only taken it out to a shooting range in Mesa on one occassion. I have since bought a gun cleaning kit at another gun show but do NOT know how to clean my gun. I called the Firing Line to see if anyone that works there can teach me how to break down and clean my gun? I was told no and that for them to clean it would be $ 70. I more than once explained that I NEED to learn how to clean it myself, with someone ‘assisting or watching me’ so that I learn properly. I am disappointed and will now begin calling around to find a business that will accommadate my needs. With all the gun issues in America perhaps classes for ALL people of ALL ages that are willing to pay, should readily be available? What say YOU?

Guy at the counter was very helpful and greeted me right when I walked into the facility. I told him it was my first time there. He gave me a run down of how the place worked. I had already signed the waiver form online, so after I gave him my license and showed him my ammo I was off to the races. Shooting was great. Nice clean range with everything you need in case you wind up forgetting anything. I had my own gun and ammo, so it just cost me $ 20 for the range time. You could stay all day if you wanted for the 20 bucks. I will definitely come back here. I plan on purchasing a membership. Overall this was a great experience.

First time gun range user trying out new revolver. Explained that this was my first time in a range and was given a very thorough expectations of use. The staff were friendly and accommodating. After shooting new gun and was about to pay I asked the staff helping me if it was possible to check out my firearm, the cylinder(may not be right term) seemed a little loose. He checked out gun brought out tools went to work at it, brought out a different set of tools to continue and after working on it for 10 – 15 minutes proclaimed that everything was as it should be(a relief to me). He did not charge me a dime! I considered this excellent service especially from an novices point of view! When asking about getting a CCW permit was given specific info and phone # to get started. Wish all establishments were as accommodating as this business!

The range is nice but staff were very rude and unfriendly. The bearded guy had a bad attitude and acted as if he was trying to intimidate me, maybe cause he had a gun. Go to Fresno they’re so much friendlier and worth the drive.

There cleanliness was a 5 star but overall very horrible customer service. The guy that helped me was very rude and made some disrespectful comments towards my line of work. Being in law enforcement I just ignored him and told myself that I’d never go back there again. I only live 10 mins. away from this place but would much rather drive to The Range in Fresno for my quarterly qualifications. After reading other reviews listed I’m glad I never gave this place a second chance.

Awesome facility and staff. Owner is condescending and rude. I used to love this place but the owner ruined it. He has very little respect for his customers. The only time he is nice to you is when he is collecting $ 400 from you for your membership

I rented a gun that continuously kept jamming, and clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time. The gun could not be shot more than twice in a row before it would jam again. The range master blamed it on the«inexperience» of myself and boyfriend, and said we were«limp wristed».(by the way, he owns five guns, and we are not inexperienced). It got to the point where it jammed on the range master and he had to use a POCKETKNIFE to dislodge the bullets from the barrel. He had to do this at least five times. The entire experience was extremely frustrating, and not worth the payment but they refused to accommodate us in any way. I then rented another gun in the hopes of salvaging my time there, and realized that each bullet had different magnitudes of kick. I don’t like reloads, especially with the price I paid for the ammo. When it came time to pay, one worker severely messed up our order and charged one member of the party for a rental that he wasn’t owed. The worker yelled at him from across the room, saying«YOUOWEMEMONEY» when in fact he didn’t. Long story short, our order got drastically messed up, and the worker was incredibly rude to us when it was entirely his fault. We spent ten minutes trying to clarify something that seemed so simple, and he just wasn’t comprehending it. His mistake didn’t even make logical sense. Charging someone for a rental who came in with two of his own guns, and not the person who came in empty handed in order to rent a gun? Making a mistake is totally fine, but don’t be a jerk about it. Our awful experience cost us 100 $. I seriously regret the time and money I spent there. I REALLY do not recommend this place.

I called The Range to see if I can drop by to shoot some rounds for my ccw«add on.» They told me they were booked. I called The Firing Line and they told me to drop on by. Super nice and friendly staff. I will come here from now on for my ccw renewal needs. Thank you TFL!

I had a great experience at The Firing Line! I tried to sign up for their gun fundamentals class, but when I called all the spots for the class had been filled. But, they told me to stop in anyways in case someone didn’t show up. So that’s what I did, but everyone did show up. The instructor Brittney said she would let me in anyways. I really appreciated that! The staff was so helpful and friendly, very knowledgeable and patient with gun newbies like me. The class was great, very informative. I definitely recommend and will be back!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Welcoming and eager to teach. This was out first time to a range, and we wanted to try out a few guns that we were thinking of purchasing. We rented the guns, and got to try all the 9mms for the one price, just purchased ammo and the range pass for both of us. Targets included. Very clean, feels very safe. We have also bought from them now, and can say, they are good all around!!! Highly recommend.
