These folks aren’t smart. Asked for a toasted bagel. It went thru the toaster, but wasn’t toasted. The bacon and cheese were cold. The girl making the sandwich wasn’t rude. But wasn’t polite. Just going through the motions. Sandwich was very so-​so. Service was so-​so. So next time I won’t stop here.

First time trying this place… The wait time was so ridiculously long… We had Two signatures: Santa Fe and Spinach, mushroom, & Swiss. They were both okay. I personally ordered Spinach, mushroom, and Swiss and I didn’t like it at all. It’s very dry and lack of flavor. Santa Fe is slightly better. Guess I shouldn’t complain about it too much as it is on the turnpike…

I’ve been through this Service Plaza several times, I’ve always eaten here, and I’ve never had a bad experience. They’ve always been friendly, efficient, and they don’t skimp on the ingredients. I always get the Nova Lox bagel sandwich on a sourdough bagel and it is really great! It’s actually one of the top 5 bagel sandwiches I’ve had.

Love this place!!!
I have eaten at several of different locations and always get the same quality and consistency. They have several types of bagels and sandwich offerings, I have had the turkey which is delicious and my personal favorite the Lox sandwich that is very rare to find. The lox is of very good quality, cream cheese is delicious, and bagels are all on point no matter which one you get.
Always a great choice if you are in the mood for a quality sandwich or a nice fresh bagel. They are great at what they do here at Einstein Bros.

Ordered 3 sandwiches and it took 30 min. This was supposed to be a quick stop. There were only 2 people working at lunch time Labor Day weekend. Then they called 3 orders after my order first. Worst experience at an Einstein bagels. Additionally the bread was stale and one order was wrong.
