Neate Ralph Extended Care Center

My brother in law is a resident here and we go often to see him. The place seems a little dated and has a smell to it. I understand that residential care facilities tend to have certain smells sometimes.
The employees really look like they could care less to be there. When we have taken my brother in law out, we are responsible for getting him in his wheelchair w/​out any assistance. Also the fee that he pays to live there does not include toiletries, which for the price it should.
Often times there are patients just sitting out in the hallway moaning and groaning. I feel bad for them. Other patients also come into my bro in laws room, and he asks them to leave and they dont, but the staff doesnt seem to do anything about it.
Just wish we were able to care for him oursleves
