Made reservations for their biggest truck back in 2009. I was moving between houses and was undergoing the settlement process. Went to the business location on my scheduled time to pickup the truck. Came there at 9:00. Guess what, location closed. I had hired movers and had friends waiting at the house for me. Finally this woman came there at around 11:00 am to open the store. The uHaul representative gave me some sorry excuse about how the owners son was sick. So much BS, I never had a bad exp from uHaul until now. I will never use this location again for anything!!!

National call center & local center hard to work with. Had to beg for fax recipt. 14′ Vehicle got 5 mpg. Local office didn’t bother to check key drop box and accused me of stealing keys. The truck worked. 112 $ for 66 miles with gas seems like a lot.
