I want to preface this by saying I have never left a Unilocal review or a review of any kind in my life, but I was compelled to do so after my experience with ordering online through them via
. I was browsing through their surfboards listed and I came upon an awesome deal on a 5’6″ FireWire LOST Pile Driver shortboard. I immediately made an account and ordered it. The next day (Sunday) I receive a call from a gentleman named Collin sadly informing me that the board I had purchased online had been bought already. I totally understood, these things happen sometimes and I did not hold it against them. Collin did not have to, but he offered to sell me a different model (5’6″ FireWire Chubby Checka) for the exact sale price of the previous board even though it was not on sale. It was a wonderful gesture and greatly appreciated, even though I would have bought it full price. I am not even sure if he works at this particular location, but my board is being shipped from this store, so I figured I woiuld write a review. Buy with confidence guys, I will definitely be ordering again. Wonderful shop and wonderful experience!

The store was awesome. Lots of cool clothes. Fantastic selection of boards, shoes, and sun glasses. I think it would be worth your while to stop in and check out.

Being from STL I know virtually nothing about surfing. With that said I walked into Quit Flight looking for a surfboard to buy to use while staying at my mom’s a few times a year, and the owner was VERY helpful. He talked me into a 7.5 foot fiberglass board, let me in on a few tricks to help me out with my surfing skills, and even threw in some free wax and a t-​shirt for buying a board. He even gave me hands on training on how to apply the wax. Definitly check this place out if you are in the market for a board.
