I’ve been a regular customer for two years and up to today felt this was the highest quality dry cleaner/laundry I had ever used. It wasn’t unusual to actually get compliments from strangers about the pressing of my shirts. On more than one occasion I’ve been stopped in a store and asked where I have my shirts pressed. Besides outstanding pressing and cleaning services, the customer service was great. The actual cleaning and pressing is done on premises and the owner supervises every piece. HOWEVER, TODAYTHINGSHAVECHANGED! A few days back I returned a shirt that had wrinkles across the front and just seemed like it didn’t have enough time on the press. The woman who does the pressing, not a problem and would redo. During this visit I picked up about 6 shirts. When I got home, I discovered that 3 of them had the same pressing issue. I took them back today to have them redone. The owner flat out refused to redo the shirts and said there was no problem with them. He said that’s the way a shirt always comes out when it’s starched. He seemed very angry that he had redone the shirt I had taken in before. When I tried to show him what I was talking about, he just seemed to get more angry and I decided it was just best to pay for what he had ready and leave as quickly as possible. The quality of service and the unacceptable pressing is so out of character for this business. I sincerely hope the owner can overcome what ever issues he is facing and return to the very professional and outstanding shop he used to have. Unfortunately for me it’s time to find a new dry cleaner. Indeed, as the recent reviews indicate the owner is very friendly but if you bring a problem to his attention he does a complete turn around.

The owner is very friendly. I come here to drop off my laundry and/or dry cleaning when I’m on work travel and he always remembers me even if it’s been many months since my last visit. He gets the job done quickly — usually by the next day. I tried another place in cocoa beach once called Let’s Talk Dirty and they shrunk all my clothes, some which I could never wear again and had to get rid of. I’m happy I found this place and I’ll never go anywhere else when I’m in town.

The owner is very friendly, accommodating, and professional. My garments are always ready on time and very clean. The owner will ask you when you need it by and has never been behind. My previous job required a lot of dry cleaning of my work attire so I frequented this business a lot but my current job requires scrubs so I don’t visit as often anymore. I have not been disappointed by this business and I highly recommend it.

My clothes smelled so bad after I picked them up. They smelled like a goodwill store, I checked them in the parking lot, smelled them and I had to take them straight to another cleaners… it was that bad.

Having moved to Cocoa Beach 3 years ago, we were looking for a good dry cleaners who could also do alterations and repair work. Lucky for us, we found Touch of Class Dry Cleaners in Cocoa Beach. They are the best! We have brought in items to be cleaned and everything is done promptly, quickly, and efficiently. Everyone is friendly, polite, and very helpful. As for repairs, we have brought them several unique items and each time we are overwhelmed with the results. For example… For the past 25 years, I had an old denim jacket which held many memories for me. The jacket was in sorry shape and had been ripped and poorly repaired over the years. I brought the jacket to Touch of Class to see if it could be saved. It took about a week, but I picked up my jacket today and it’s amazing! The rips have been repaired, discreet patches have been applied, and the jacket looks almost like new. I am pleased beyond words. If you live in the area, and you’re looking for a professional cleaner and a fine tailor, be sure to go to Touch of Class. You’ll be delighted with the results.
