Rafael Rodriguez took me on a tour of the storage place, showed me my unit, and answered all my questions. This was my first time for a storage unit, and all I was told on phone was the same as when I signed up. Great manager and great place !!!

Do not bother stopping by. Manager Steve Zander is rude, not qualified to take care of customers. Ihe doesnt have manners, I call it harassment.
The specials they have in their website are not honored.
Too many hidden fees.
5 minutes after I walked out and drove to a u — Haul and rented a 10×15 without hidden fee, without harassment by the manager.
