DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

I have been shopping at this location for about two years. I ALWAYS find what I am looking for and I ALWAYS feel like I got a good deal.
The store is huge. I always try to walk down every isle in the ladies department because I am afraid if I skip an isle, I will miss out on something great.
They have a really good selection of all syles, price points and brands. If you like a shoe but they are out of your size, they will order it for you at no additional cost, not even shipping. You can have it shipped to your home or to the store. It’s a simple process and just takes a few minutes.
They have a section dedicated to purses. They have different designers, although their rotation changes quite frequently. So, if you like it, buy it. Like Costco, you may never see it again.
The staff is helpful and they really want you to leave happy. I have only had one incident in two years that I encountered a cranky young associate who was obnoxious. Overall, they have a good sales team and solid management in place.
They offer a rewards program. It seems like every store has some loyalty program of some kind, but DSW has a great one. They email you amazing coupons all the time. Birthdays, signing up, whatever the reason, be sure to check your emails or you may miss a $ 5.00 coupon. I don’t know about you, but I love $ 5.00 coupons!
DSW is located on the South side of the Promenade shopping center and they face Lyons Road. I’m holding back one star because parking can be a hassle sometimes. There is a parking garage in the back of the plaza, but I usually just want to get in and out.
I have been to quite a few locations, but the Coconut Creek store is my favorite.

I love this story expect sometime (not related to the store) it’s hard to find parking. That being said, service it always on int and they have a great selection. I love shopping here because I always leave with at least one pair of shoes :)

This is a great one stop shop for all your shoe needs. There is always a large selection in the sale rack as well. But I find that the price discount isn’t as much as some of their regular priced items. I always find that this place takes forever to check out no matter if there is a long line or just one other person in front of you. The service is great, don’t get me wrong, but the checkout is a bit aggravating if your in a hurry. Or you just happen to be impatient. Haha.

dropping off a few stars bc i haven’t found much recently and have noticed the same shoe at tjmaxx or marshalls $ 10 to $ 15 cheaper such as their steve maddens. its nice to get the coupons in the mail but if you can’t find your sizes or something you like don’t buy something just to use the coupon. give to someone in line already buying something! paying it forward baby

It’s always fun to look around at all the shoes, however I’ve never really found anything that is a «have to have» shoe. It also seems like they don’t have a lot of merchandise that changes very often. The sale selection has had the same shoes for months and every time I’ve been in I’ve seen the same selection of shoes. :(I feel like this place is mainly for running shoes and not much else. So if you’re in the market for a running shoe, this is a place worth checking out.

Got the most comfortable shoes I ever wore here. Huge store!
