Rosenbusch and Reichman are two quacks that have ruined my mouth with redoing two crowns each and doing a horrible job. And having to do each crown twice and still not getting them right, I will have to pay more money to have them corrected… In addition, I had to hear their progressive rhetoric while they had their usless hands inside my unprotected mouth, they both spewed their unwarranted propaganda about how wrong America is and that the environmental groups should restrict US citizens even more and that the fed should take all of our guns away, just like Austria! I finally got to say my piece when he pulled his usless hands out of my mouth and said that until you have China’s, Iran, Iraq, ISIS, North Korea’s, Russia’s, the Drug Cartel, and all the gangs in America, then maybe, MAYBE, you can have mine!!! The staff and front desk is the best you can ask for, but once you go into the progressive-​liberal side, your teeth are not what’s important to these socialistic (non-​American) idiots!!!

The front desk staff at this office are terrible. They gave me a form for a request for coverage for my sons wisdom teeth extraction. They told me to contact my insurance company in a couple of days. I did so and was told that my request was denied because the dentist’s office used the wrong billing code. The insurance co. Told me to ask the dentist to change the billing code and resubmit the claim. When I called the office and explained what I was told Latoya became very argumentative. She became hostile to the point where I had to ask her «why are you arguing with me like this? You told me to call the insurance company, I did, and now I am telling you what they said». Her response was that she didn’t like me telling her that she coded something wrong. After several calls back and forth the insurance company agreed to call the dentist and, ultimately approved the claim.
We have been to this office three times. We receive an appointment reminder call the day before. Two of the three times she confirms an appointment time that is different than the time on the appointment card. When I pointed this out I am told once that the surgeon had a change in his schedule (acceptable) but the second time I’m told no its 9 am not 9:30. We arrive early at 8:52 and wait more than an hour to be seen.
The only reason I even used this office is because the insurance company approved my sons oral surgery which would have cost me $ 2,200 otherwise. I do NOT recommend them and will never use them again.

Be very careful about procedures recommended. Get a second independent opinion if extensive and costly.
