The people who work here are always helplessly behind in their orders. That is understandable, it’s a busy store, but the service is appalling. The employees yell at each other loudly and have no appearance of decorum. I arrived to find my order not yet ready even though I had given them more time than it said it would take on the website. I heard a girl yelling in the back that my chicken was nowhere near done and could see her dipping it. I asked the girl at the register why my order was taking so long and she lied to my face and said it was almost done and that it would take just two more minutes. They are always behind and always rude. Never going back.
