The pizza is ok, but the Calzone’s are very good… at least till last night. They seem to have changed the type of Mozzarella they are using… and I could tell. The calzones were a bit wet… and the cheese was loose and not melted as well. It was disappointing because they are usually so good. On another note… they still have the best delivery service I have encountered in the area. The drivers are always polite and nice and the service is always reasonably speedy… even on busy nights. Give them a try… But do give them feedback. I just get the idea that they would take it as constructive criticism.

I recently ordered pizza from your Alexandria location online. I waited over a hour before i contacted the store, still with no delivery. The gentlemen was nice, he told me that he could not find my order. He told me he would call me back, he had to call a manager. 5 minutes later he called back telling he had found my order and that he will get it out right away with a free cheesestick with my order. I told him that would be fine I understand things happen. I continued to wait for a additional 50 minutes. I decided at that point to call and cancel my order. I made sure to remind them to call the delivery guy or girl to make sure that i would not be there. I drove 5 minutes up the road to thee store. I walked in feet sticking to the floor as I walked to the desk. I told the gentlemen that i was here to get a refund for the amount of my card purchase online. He then asked a lady, im guessing the manager, how to do it. She came out of the back wearing no uniform and helped him. No apology for the misunderstanding or waste of time that had occurred. My pizza from what the gentlemen told me was still not even made.

Although I’ve lived in Columbus for 10 years, I still come back to Cincinnati pretty frequently to visit family. When I get back in town, I actually head to Snappy *before* I go to my parents’ house. Sadly, the people at my local Snappy even recognize me as «that girl from Columbus.» I’m not sure why, but you can’t get steak hoagies in Columbus. So of course, I crave them desperately! Snappy definitely has my favorite steak hoagie. The buttery garlic bun is soft, but not soggy. There’s always plenty of sauce, and the actual meat is still juicy. I think the garlic bread is good too, even if it’s really just a hoagie bun with butter and cheese slathered on. I do think the pizza here isn’t as good as La Rosa’s, but the garlic butter you can get helps tremendously. Yummm! I wish I had a hoagie right now!
