This is a good local joint. Very casual and reasonable prices. The bar is pretty old-school but friendly. The dining room was recently remodeled and there is outdoor seating as well. Food is good. Generally comfort food but done well. Menu has some very good beer choices including micros and IPAs and Belgians. Service is friendly but drink orders are slow and often forgotten.

Large menu and vast interesting beer selection makes for a fun place to go for casual social outing. Broiled fish, chicken avocado flatbread, and salads are good for lighter fare. Enjoy your company and take your time as you may wait a bit to get your food.

I’ve been there several times, never disappointed. The chef gives every meal a special touch. Had the Mediterranean chicken last night and my friend had the Ocean Perch fish fry. Both excellent and generous portions, too.

like that the food is different and have a different menu, service was terrible, it wasn’t very crowded and between the waitress, bartender and hostess the service was terrible and very slow, you would think between three people working there they could handle 5 people at the bar and 5 tables but took forever for drinks and food and for anyone to come to our table, waited 15 minutes for a drink and that was after I went to the bar to order, get it together please, the food is good enough just service your clients, the waitress and hostess went to table nearby 10 times more then they came to serve us…

Great place to go. Deep fried tacos and deep fried pizza are amazing. Tuesdays can not get here quick enough.

A great country place. You can get the standards here, wings, burgers, sandwiches and wraps, and you won’t be disappointed. Fish fry and seafood platter was also very good. Nice that they offer both a fish sandwich and a half portion fish fry for the less hungry. The bell ringers can be found on the specials menu, on our recent visit it was flat iron pork au piouve(sp?), with garlic smashed potato. Can the rest of the table say jealous? Well maybe not the vegetarian but the guy who ordered the not so good lasagna was kicking himself. Salad was fresh and crisp, and vegetable better than standard, although it would be refreshing to not see yellow squash and zucchini for a change. Did not have dessert, but I’d bet they are pretty good. Reasonably priced wine, basic choices but what one would expect. Here’s a tip, it’s really busy on a Friday, get there early, or plan on some time at the bar.

Colden Country Inn is a small bar/restaurant with outstanding food, and many surprises. I would almost call it a «gastropub». Sure, there are subs, wings, and pizza, and the pizza is among the best in the region. But you might be surprised by Elk Kielbasa. You never know what specials might be on the menu. They also have an awesome beer selection for such a small bar. If you ever find yourself down in Colden for skiing, hiking, camping, or just a casual drive, check out Colden Country Inn.

I would’ve never thought to stop here if the bartender at the Kissing Bridge bar hadn’t recommended it. Thank goodness he had! We ordered wings and pizza, and they were all great! The wings are up there with some of the best I’ve had. The pizza was great, the edges of the pepperoni were crispy/burnt, which I love!!! Can’t forget the huge selection of beer which was awesome!!!

Best French onion soup on the planet. Wings are terrific too(best in the area unless you want to trudge all the way down to downtown Buffalo). In fact, for what on the surface appears to be a country/dive bar, the food is phenomenal. People are friendly, beers are cheap, and the music is plentiful to boot. What’s not to love?
