Worst place ever. no ammenitys and smells like sewage. They overcharge for the spots and have went up in price 3 times in 2 months. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy being used. Manager shows himself to people often.

Spent 3 days, wish it was longer. Sites have picnic tables, fire pits, grills. Beautiful wooded lots with lots of room for the pull outs. Small kids playground, volley ball, horseshoes, clean showers, laundry room and a store with just about everything that you forgot. Best thing you felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, but 8 miles from two small towns or 15 from Livingston. The part we liked and went everyday, the trails, they said 6 miles, we saw something different every time, the trees are just starting to change color and they have hidden treasures along the trails that are just perfect. The night before we were to leave it came a down pour, woke up but the drainage was great, there was no water standing. We plan on going back many more times.

This is a very new RV Park right near the shores of Lake Livingston. We recently attended a local meeting at the outdoor conference facility, which is right next to the full featured grocery store on-site. As you can see by my photos today(May 15th2009) this park is large, clean, beautiful and active. There are benches, picnic tables and BBQ pits provided at every site, woo hoo! And BBQ’ing is going on. They also have free Wi-Fi, cable TV, firewood, groceries on site, 50amp, Rec room, playground and hiking trails, right down to the lake. Also has on site laundry and showers. Excellent place to park the RV and live in comfort, in the woods.
