We’re longtime lake residents and this was our experience today.
Us: Hi, what craft beers do you have?
Nice Server: (gave us the full list)
Us to Bartender: Where is the India Pale Ale from?
Grumpy Bartender: I don’t know. I don’t drink it.
The bartender then had trouble with the «soda gun», complaining that she would have to take care of it. So, she left three customers without service while she went to … do something. She didn’t indicate when or if she would return.
We left, and we won’t be back.

Horrible service! Took 2 hours for a couple drinks and sandwiches. Had to send raw grouper sandwich back, then took 25 minutes to get another. They attempted to make it right with a discount, but this was not a one time occurrence. We won’t be back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! We walked in with a party of 8 on a slow Wednesday night and the server who had a weird tattoo on her chest was absolutely incompetent. She forgot to ring in several orders then lied about it saying it was the kitchens fault… after getting everyone’s meals sporadically throughout a 25 minute period, we had to suffer through a meal that was soggy, cold and almost unbearable. They didn’t have the air conditioning running either and it was the middle of August! Don’t waste your money here because you will regret it afterwards

Cute restaurant, gorgeous view of the lake and sunset, and friendly staff who were really attentive. Add to that the fact the food was great (I have no idea what was in the cocktail sauce served with the shrimp cocktail but I want more). We ordered pizza, some of the homemade chips and zesty horseradish dip, and the shrimp cocktail. Odd mix, but we wanted to try a few different things and they were all great. We would definitely go back.

Slow, slow slow. It took us over an hour to get our food. The food was really good once it arrived. Will not be going back anytime soon.

We stopped by for some lunch to go while Cruising Coldwater Lake. It was just after opening so it was slow. We all ordered burgers which were very good. But there were some communication errors and we wound up with an extra burger and fries. They didn’t have condiments for to go orders or napkins apparently. If you are going to be called Barefoot Grill you should have an area where you can be barefoot, they don’t. They do however have a place where you can borrow flip flops. The prices were decent for a location on the lake and the view was amazing.

We keep trying but nothing changes. Tonight after waiting for a good 10 minutes after sitting, the waitress dropped 4 menus and setups on our table and walked away. No greeting, no «I’ll be right back to take your drink order», nothing! We left. Aching to have this prime location have some better management. Staff is obviously not supported.
