Dunkin’ Donuts

Please do not be confused with the other Dunkin Donuts down the street from this location! This one is in a strip near Potbellys, chipotle, and Mr. Smoothie, not the one across from Cherry Hill Road.
I go specifically to this one because it is never cramped and it is always clean (at least the times I come in). They always have all their straws, napkins, and sugars filled. Also, the staff here are very sweet, especially this one young man who is quick to take the next person’s order while the cashier rings you out. If he sees you waiting he’ll make your drink right away and by the time you pay for it, your drink is done.
This DD is more efficient than the other one down the street. The parking is usually not a problem either.

Stand-​alone building at the very busy intersection of Cherry Hill Road and US 1. Baskin-​Robbins counter. Nice people. The biggest flaw is that you can only enter from northbound US 1 and must exit that way in the tiny window between NB US 1 stopping at the light and the left turners from Cherry Hill starting. It just happened to be in the routing for today’s errands.

The staff see me coming and prepare my drink. Yes, it gets busy on occasion, but they are efficient and the lines move. They fill orders as they are requested. Sometimes I think the food orders are slowing their progress and maybe they should have one staff member focus on drink orders ONLY, because if you are that person that ordered a drink AFTER two food orders, you’re going to wait. Other than that, Great going! Donuts here are never stale. What more could you ask for!

Have tried this location over ten times. Service is always poor and confused.
Tables are never cleaned when guest leave and often all the tables are dirty. The DD on Greenbelt Rd has better service.

This location is conveniently located by Ikea, right before the 95 ramp. I recently discovered the greatness that is DD coffee. (Yes, I am slowly finding myself convert from Starbucks…) I don’t know how do it, but they mix regular coffee with the perfect combination of cream and sugar! Not only are their drinks more affordable, as an added bonus, the receipts have surveys for a free donut with your order of any medium or large beverage… so naturally I complete the survey EVERYTIME, lol. The staff at this location is super friendly and it adds a pleasant treat to my commute in the mornings. Be sure to sign up for the DD Perks and you can earn yourself some free drinks!

Came in on Saturday morning for some coffee before hopping onto 95 for the drive to the New Jersey for the weekend. The line was really long, but the staff did their best to get everyone out as fast as possible. One challenge was with so many orders that were similar, people were grabbing drinks that weren’t necessarily theirs and leaving. So a few people had to wait for drinks to be remade.

I was so excited when this location opened up because it is super convenient for me to get to in the mornings and grab coffee however it doesn’t end up being convenient by any means. Even if I am the only customer in the store or one additional after me, they take so long to make the coffee that I might as well take the time to make it at home. It shouldn’t take you almost 10 minutes to make a latte when I am the only customer in the store and you have 3 people working. There have been times when the latte machine hasn’t been working which is surprising that this is a brand new location. All in all, the service is very slow and the management really needs to step up and train the workers to be quick and efficient and to pay attention to the actual details of the order.
In terms of the quality of the coffee, most of the times that I have gotten the coffee, it tastes really sour whether its iced or hot and I find that really odd. I have been to several other dunkin donuts and never experienced that odd taste.
As excited as I was for this location to open, I am very displeased with the service and the quality of the product. I would hope that in the future the management can step up and improve the two aspects.

I love Dunkin Donuts!!! I will pass 20 Starbucks and 18 7-​elevens for a hazelnut coffee from DD! The smell of Dunkin Donuts coffee is exhilarating! Ok, so this particular DD… great location, super clean interior, and the food was hot and fresh. A couple of minor hiccups with my order though. I attribute this to the newness of the DD, the employees were almost as fresh as the food they prepared… fresh as in brand new to running this DD. Although my order was wrong, the employees there were quick to correct it. A bit frustrating because we had to over explain the problem with the order but overall, this DD was gooood!!!
