This location is terribly set up, offers no parking with a one way in and out, so when patrons stop at the office, they block entrance and exit, so people remain in their cars and sit on their horns. I rented a van and found the employee to be rude and difficult to understand. When I returned the vehicle with almost a quarter of a tank more than the required ½ tank requirement, the associated tried to charge me a surcharge because she didn’t know how to read the gas gage on the vehicle.
That said, it was a very good new vehicle and U-Haul’s service through their customer service line is/​was excellent, I’m just not impressed with the service at this location.
