They get an unfavorable review. I paid online for slide and negative scans after calling for information and learning the price included postage. Afterwards, I waited a week for a package label; it never arrived. I sent an email and they claimed it was an oversight & sent a label. A week and a half later I received the scans. They were horrible! Very low-​res and they had not bothered to clean off the lint and dust, which showed up prominently on the scans. This caused a missed deadline.
