Aggieland Properties is a property management company which also owns and operates The Barracks Townhomes in College Station. They recently took over property management of one of my primary residences, also in College Station. One thing consistent about their website, E-Mails, illegal communications, etc. is that they always end every sentence with a «!». Illegal communications you may ask? Yes, not more than two weeks after Aggieland Properties took over they violated College Station City law and solicited without a permit, illegally attaching advertising to my front door. Instead of paying .49 for a postage stamp and using the United States Postal Service established in 1847 by Benjamin Franklin they put the safety and security of my home at risk. See, when you plaster an advertisement on someones home not knowing if they are out of town nor not, that ad can stay there for days or weeks, thus showing the criminal elements from Bryan what houses will be easy to break into, as obviously no one is home. Further in dealing with the new eager property management rep, probably named Ashley, Meagan or Brittany and having to ignore her lack of ability to use English by ending every sentence as if it were a question, we had to ask her to please stop E-Mailing us. See, for some reason this obviously yet to graduate from business school student thought it would be cool to E-Mail someone that has leased and never been one day late in rent in 7 years, a snide and condescending E-Mail warning about late fees. Aside from the obvious bleed of clearly ignorant child adults representing the company(be sure to read their fake Unilocal review for The Barracks), the maintenance service(by talented adults) has been absolutely outstanding and far superior than that of Century 21 Beal that the company took over from.
