Stopped in having an issue moving from Sprint to Verizon. Shawn was awesome! He was very helpful and got the problem fixed. He went above and beyond.

Parents went in looking for new phones. They were tied to my account going month to month. They were told if they bought the phones up front they could stay month to month. They paid but could not get all the print outs because they printer was down. Imagine our surprise when the next billing cycle jumped up significantly. Several months later we got copies of the contract, both of my parent signatures were forged. I have been able to get no help from the store, which is not owned by Verizon, and have never heard back from Verizon. Be extremely careful with these guys.
I have been a loyal Verizon customer — Fios and 8 cell lines. I will be moving them all as soon as possible.

Warning: This is not a corporate store. Terrible post purchase customer service. My salesman had very little product knowledge, caused me a billing nightmare and was apathetic towards the problem he created. Do yourself a favor, go to the corporate location in Southlake or Grapevine instead. If you have any issues, you will be glad you did.

I went to the Colleyville store on Monday 8⁄17 to upgrade my I phone 4. I was sold a Samsung Galaxy 4. After trying it for a few days, I hated it. I went back Saturday 8⁄22 to have everything changed back to my old I phone. Chris helped me and forgot to transfer the contacts and my photos back to my old phone. He deleted all my contacts and the last photos of my husband that had just died. Contacts I can replace, but not a part of our family’s history. He didn’t even apologize. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am so upset.

James was super helpful … extremely patient … walked me through my options and answered all of my questions. He has also been available via phone for questions after I left the store. This is my new go-​to Verizon store … WAAAY better than the one in Las Colinas!

I visited the Colleyville Verizon Store a week ago as I was interested in trying out a Droid. Daniel was very helpful in directing me to the HTC Droid. A really nice phone with a wonderful speaker system in it as well as an awesome camera! However, I have been an Apple user for several years. After trying the Droid phone for a week I returned to the store to exchange it for an Apple phone.
The exchange was seamless! Alecia helped me make the exchange. I have all Apple devices and found I needed to stay with the iPhone as it interfaced easily with my Apple computer. I did not know how to transfer the pictures I had taken on the HTC phone and James (who was very knowledgable on Apple products) offered his help in transferring them. He went above and beyond in helping me! I was impressed at how upbeat and helpful the staff at this location are. I would recommend this store to others!
