I used to work at this location and I no longer work there because of the management and the several things I was put through while working there. The customers were all so very kind to me and I knew all of them. I do miss them and my Co workers but management should care more about the people who run their business, the people who actually work there and make the money for them if they continue to treat them the way they do this place will once again go out of business! They went out of business once I wonder what the reason will be this time if they keep going down the road they are going down!

I can not express how much I DONOT recommend the Massage Heights establishment in Colleyville. I signed up for what I thought was a 12 month membership. After I moved farther away from the Colleyville location I had started going to one in Southlake. When I went in in December on my birthday I found out that unless I went in person to the Colleyville location to sign papers while the manager was there it was going to continue to debit my account each month. Then every time I tried to go and they told me I couldn’t sign the papers because the manager was not present. The girl at the counter told me my last scheduled payment was in January and I couldn’t do anything about it until AFTER that payment anyway. I went in tonight hoping to use the last massage that I had already paid for this month and cancel my account. The manager was not present but the girl at the counter said that my account had already expired and I could not use my last massage because I had not come in in person PRIOR to my last payment or a few days after since I was wanting to cancel. I had been on the phone with them at least five times and this was never mentioned! So I have an entire massage and two elevations paid for this month that they will not let me use. I have left more stressed out than relaxed almost every time I have ever been in this place. The management has been flat out rude to where I left crying one time. The only thing I can think of since they won’t make it right is to warn everyone and extremely not recommend this place. The locations and atmosphere is lovely but until they fix their customer service please don’t waste your money here. I have read through my contract and can’t find anywhere that it says they will not let me use a paid for massage after I cancel my monthly subscription. I really feel this is wrong.

I purchased a membership here a few months ago and have been very happy with it until today. I had been calling and trying to book an appointment but kept getting their voicemail. I left messages but never received a call back from them. I called their Southlake location to see if I could find out what was going on. When I dialed that number I was unable to connect there as well– instead of their phone ringing I received a loud buzzing noise on their end. Thinking maybe they were having a company wide phone issue or something, I went ahead and drove to the Colleyville location. It was approx. 11:45am and there wasn’t a single car in their parking lot. I tried the door but it was locked. I drove across the street to the Massage Envy and asked if they knew what was going on with the Massage Heights across the street. The manager there seemed just as surprised as I was about it and told me that she knew the manager at Southlake personally and would call there to find out what was going on. While I was there I asked if they had anyone available there at Massage Envy who could work on some knots in my neck. They were able to get me in pretty much right away(maybe a 15 minute wait– not bad for a walk-in.) While I was waiting the manager was able to get ahold of the Massage Heights Southlake manager who said she had no clue as to why the Colleyville location wouldn’t be accepting calls for appts or why they’d even be closed today. She offered me a 1:00PM appt at their Southlake location but I declined since Massage Envy could get me in right away. I had a horrible headache and at that point the thought of driving to Southlake… yeah, thanks… but no thanks. As I mentioned previously, I’ve had good experiences with the Massage Heights in Colleyville and will be very unhappy if they tell me I’ll have to be schlepping all the way over to Southlake for my monthly pre-paid massages if they are closing this location down. I joined at the Colleyville location and always made my appts there at that location(and typically always saw the same therapist each time) because that location is most convenient for me. I wouldn’t have purchased a membership if I knew it would eventually require me to drive to Southlake for my appts. Wish I knew what was going on. A call back– Or at a minimum, a sign on the door explaining the situation would be the proper thing to do. On a positive note, the massage therapist across the street at Massage Envy– Ashle’ was very professional and competent. She was able to work out the tightness in my neck and alleviate my tension headache.

Don’t do it! They never have enough therapists and when you complain, they will tell you that massage therapists are very transient(basically unreliable) We signed up and could never get an appt with the therpists we liked, and when we settled on another one, they called in sick the day of, had a car accident the day of, etc and we had to reschedule. When we complained and got out of the contract, they kept two months worth of membership payments and would not refund or give a massage for them.

I was in town visiting my sister for the holidays and after the rest of the family left, I really needed a massage. My sister is a member of Massage Heights(and I am a member of Massage Envy), sos he recommended this place. I was able to get an appointment first thing in the morning. The therapist I was originally assigned ended up calling in sick, but I was prompty assigned another therapist without any delay, and she was amazing! The manager was very polite and did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied with my massage service. The next time I am in town for a visit, I will come back!
