Chuck was very knowledgeable and made the mortgage process extremely seamless. Gave us a fantastic rate and worked hard to close us in 18 days. Very happy with his service. If you’re shopping for a mortgage or trying to get qualified, definitely give Chuck a call!

VIP Mortgage is absolutely fantastic! I have written hazard insurance for several of their clients over the last 8 years so I do get the inside scoop from a client’s perspective. Not only do they close loans efficiently and with little delay but they are able to navigate all of the red tape involved in loan programs. They create long-lasting relationships with their clients. You aren’t just a loan number with VIP and you won’t regret going through them. Truly experts!

Ok. So I’ve waited several days to write this review to make sure that the raw emotion is removed from my review and it’s productive. I am a Realtor, and we just closed a deal where I represented the Seller, and the buyer was using VIP Mortgage on a mobile home purchase. We went under contract May 25, 2015, and were supposed to close 7÷22÷15. There were so many delays to closing, with the lamest excuses that I’ve ever heard in the industry. One was that the underwriters needed the Engineer’s report uploaded in Color rather than B & W. Another delay was that the underwriter was out of town. When we finally got to closing, the doc’s were approved late. I know it’s hard to close a VA loan and lots of details have to be attended to, but this bordered on comical. I had a seller who was beyond patient, and first time buyer’s who were also patient. The buyer was a reservist, and the lender had him request leave from reserve training to come and sign because the new date was in the middle of training. We finally closed on 8÷11÷15. Because of the delay my seller had to delay a medical procedure so she could have funds for co-pays etc. She had holding costs of the extra weeks. The buyer had to stay in reserve training 2 extra days to make up for the 12 hours he had to take off to sign. But the lender never really apologized and it seemed like it was no really big deal to him.
