I ordered the Peanut Butter Sundae for myself along with numerous other items for my wife and kids in addition to some pre packed cartons to take home. The clerk put so little ingredients in the sundae cup that they didn’t even come to the top. I asked him why it didn’t look anything like the picture on the wall and he replied that he put the correct amount of ice cream in it. I inquired how much the correct amount was and his reply was 3 «kid» scoops. I asked why in a large sundae he would use kid scoops and he said that was what he was supposed to do. They should be embarrassed at what I got for $ 5.39.
I’ve enjoyed Baskin Robbins since I was a kid. This location however has been a joke since it opened. I actually saw the owner shave off ice-​cream from the cone on a previous visit because he though he was giving too much. Yes he actually used a stick and shaved it off, unbelievable. The only thing of value in this store is the pre packed cartons. From now on that’s all that I’ll get.

I grew up in Collierville so I’ve been here many times over the years. I love everything about this place, from their ice-​cream cakes to their icecream. You can try lots of samples but be warned– you will likely fall in love with one of their flavors! My fav is the Halloween Special they have with oreos– I HAVE TO REMEMBER TO GET IT THIS YEAR!!! Last year I forgot until November and was devastated.
You can also buy tubs of ice cream. We usually buy a few when they have a sale on them.

My son and I decided at 9:30 pm on a Monday night to go get ice cream. Since we are new to the area we googled the nearest BR. It happened to be super close to our house so we went. When we went in it kind of smelled like a dirty mop. There were 2 people in front of us and at 9:40ish we ordered. There were 2 girls working and the store closed at 10:00. It was kind of gross bc there was some kind of matt sitting on top of one of the coolers. They were definitely in «close» mode. The girl who waited on us was ok, but it was obvious that both of them were a bit annoyed more customers (me and my son) had come in. I get the whole wanting to leave when ones shift is over, but it wasn’t like it was 5 min to 10:00.
We’ll give it another shot only bc it’s close by. Oh and it was my luck that the ONLY flavor I wanted was out of stock!!! lol
