Love this place, fast service on my bike, And a staff that knows bikes, I hate when you go to a dealership and it’s nothing but pretty girls who don’t ride, don’t get knife wrong I like pretty girls, but if I am spending money I want someone who knows bikes, rock on bumpus

I bought a bike from Charles back in March and between him and the entire staff they have made my wife and I feel like part of their family. I am very pleased with their sales and service to this point. So far we have purchased 2 tires as well as a few other things and they always follow up with me and ensure I am satisfied. I couldn’t ask for much more so I give them two thumbs up and look forward to doing business with them again soon.

How should I be fair while still getting my honest review across? I dropped my bike off for some front brake work, I had a brake pad dragging. They called me a few days later telling me it was ready and I picked it up a couple of days later. It was an easy fix, bleed the front brakes and adjust them. I pulled out and as I went to stop at Byhalia Rd. no front brakes!!! Handle goes right to the grip, thank goodness for independent front and rear brake systems. I immediately pulled back in to the shop and another mechanic re-​flushed the brakes, there was air in the lines. Everyone at the shop was genuinely concerned and they took care of me on the spot! Thank you!
Here is my issue with Bumpas, 1) the mechanic did not do his job 2) He certainly did not test ride the bike and is sooo lucky no one got hurt. 3) lastly I asked for the owner to call me and he has not, shame on you!!! You could have killed a customer and you are not enough of a man to call and apologize. you still make me pay for the service?!? This bike was purchased at your store, it is my second Harley, it will not be my last. It is however my last trip into one of your dealerships, pitiful.
