We go here all the time. The ladies are always smiling and helpful. They seem to enjoy helping my kids find fun fabrics and easy crafts. They also have great tips for coupons. I go here every time I need something especially for the small store feel that the large stores don’t have.

This place is fine if you’re looking to get something generic. Today the people working in fabrics were very helpful but the old lady at the cash register was just unpleasant; she clearly was unhappy that we were using an email coupon AND one from their flyer that you pick up when you walk in. I also think she was exasperated when we kept pulling items out of the shopping cart to pay for.
I hate to be negative, but our end experience was just that. I’ll go out of my way to avoid this location in the future.

This is smaller than some of the other locations but laid out well. They have some cute fabrics but the prices are much higher than other places.
My big qualms:
1: You can only use 1 coupon at a time. Maybe Joann’s has me spoiled.
2: There are always too few people working. It’s frustrating when the person working the cutting counter is also working the register. Lines pile up at both.
3:The customer service is just crappy. They always seem to be annoyed that I’ve asked them a question.
Occasionally you can find some gems in the clearance section for a great deal but otherwise I don’t really shop there.
The only reason I ever set foot in there is for the machine repair guy they contract out to.
