Starbucks

I’m here pretty much everyday in the drive thru and the staff is very friendly. The drive thru line can get very long (and slow), but what Starbucks doesn’t have this issue especially during «rush hour»?

I agree the floors aren’t the cleanest, but I’m not really here to lick the floors.
The baristas were… well, baristas, and didn’t berate anyone. The wifi here is off the hook – I must have soaked up at least 20−30GB of app updates, podcasts, some new iOS, etc rather quickly while I was here. There’s quite a few outlets inside, so feel free to stop in, grab a coffee (or tea) and stay a while.

This is my home base. They know me here. They only lose a star because this location doesn’t have a drive through.
It’s got friendly staff who remember you and always chat. Spacious seating inside and a nice outside seating area as well.

Best Starbucks ever! Drinks are consistently delicious, the baristas are SO friendly and always conversational and fun to be around.
I only wish this location had a drive through… but then it would be worth 10 stars.

Normally I wouldn’t review place like Starbucks. But I’ll make an exception here.
At Starbucks, I expect more. Mostly because I pay more, but also because «It’s Starbucks.» I expect excellent coffee, excellent service, an excellent coffee experience. I don’t expect to walk into a Starbucks to slow service, loudly yelling baristas, and a dirty store! This place needs some work. At least some cleaning up and maybe some customer service training for the baristas. Starbucks does much better than this. And customers expect them to be better.
It was 18 minutes from the time I walked in the door to when I received my coffee order. There were four customers in front of me. Entirely unacceptable!
They need to (more than just occasionally) sweep the floors, and wipe down the tables. And maybe tone down the yelling.

This is the happiest Starbucks I have ever been in. The staff is friendly and courteous and they remembered my name after only two visits. The customers in the store always seen happy and content too! My coffee is always served just the way I like it in a timely manner.

The staff at this location is always so friendly. This location does get busy in the mornings. But most times you can always find a seat.

I have some bittersweet memories in this place. I’m not typically fond of coffee, but when I’m craving a frappuccino I will come here for it. This location is warm and friendly.
I have a Starbuck’s cup that gets me like .10 off of things. If you get any frozen drink in this kind of cup, ask for a straw. The Mocha Frappuccino gave me trouble.
I personally don’t like Latte’s much because they’re not as sweet as I like, but the Caramel Flan Latte tasted ok once it had cooled down.

Bring your own cup for 10c off and hang out here. Nice jazz music plentiful seating and a fast moving line. Hot drinks super hot and always up to Starbucks quality standards. David and Cindi are especially friendly. Lots of promotions here on beans and treats. Wish they had a drive thru.

One of the best Starbucks locations in the whole metro area. Fantastic, friendly staff. Quick service. Ample seating. Fast wifi. Music isn’t too loud. Clientele is professional and minds their own business. I enjoying working squirreled away in a corner.

Was in town for the TX A&M v. Olé Miss game. And since we were in the hood, my son worked a store grand opening, Academy. Not wanting to walk the aisles for hours, I came here. Quiet, clean, interesting.
Pretty busy so they must be doing something right. I had a couple cups of coffee for the trip back to TX.
Maybe a little pricey for coffee but the quality is good. Not my type of atmosphere but what do I know?

It’s a chain… Coffee is average but consistently average. Standard Starbucks service and food. This location is a little more comfortable than the Huston Levee location because they have more comfortable furniture to hang out on.
