This place is great. I have used them in the past, had a problem with the chair and they took care of the problem a year later.
I also called this morning to see if they had a specific chair and they did. They were about to sell it, and called me to see if I was still coming in, I was so they said that they would sell the floor model instead. When I got to the store, they had sold the one in the box instead of the floor model by mistake. They actually called the delivery truck back so that I could get the chair that I was promised. They go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are taken care of. They also did this after I got a bit of an attitude, which most places would not have done.
