Pizza Hut

Worst service I have evr gotten and it was from the manager. Got yelled at by the MANAGER because they could not figure out what kind of hot peppers to put on my pizza. She had very bad customer service skills for yelling at a customer in her face and then screaming to the back room at her employees.

Ordered from here last night, rather then driving to Aston for the real deal. This place is horrendous. From the time I walked in 5 people waiting and only 1 cashier. Not 1 other employee could stop and help her. The cashier was confused and mixing up everyone’s orders. Finally my turn, paid and waited. Finally she realized I was still standing there and gave me my food. Got home and the pizza was the worst. It was stuck to the cardboard box, the other box had so much grease. The stuffed crust was under cooked and not up to Pizza Hut standards. Horrible-​will never be back.

Was hoping that this was good-​hey! I LOVE PIZZA HUT! Hot dog crust?! I actually LOVE the hot dog part-​it was REALLY good, but the pizza itself was VERY dry & not even NEAR to Pizza Hut standards. We’ve been going here for decades! We were expecting a LOT better. Ashame. Perhaps this is cuz it’s so new & staff doesn’t quite get it yet. I’d give them a break cuz this is new. Hope it works out, cuz as I said, the hot dog part was really good! I won’t give up & will order again. I’m sure they will fix it after they read the reviews. They have many loyal customers. Sorry i can only give a 3 star (out of loyalty)

My husband and I order a pizza with the cheese stuffed crust. All i can say AWFUL!!! I will not order from there EVER AGAIN!!! Pizza was undercooked and cold. Also the delivery driver had his stereo bumping. That i didn’t mind.

We originally began our Pizza Hut quest thinking that we could use a $ 5 off coupon from Grub Hub. Turns out, you can’t order Pizza Hut through Grub Hub unless Pizza Hut is hidden in the deep corners of Grub Hub’s website and I just couldn’t find it.
We were already on Pizza Hut’s website and the delicious images of their delicious pizza’s were hard to walk away from. We were ordering Pizza Hut. It was final. With or without a coupon.
Finally deciding on one of their millions of choices, we were ready to order. Half pepperoni, half italian sausage and an order of bread sticks with an extra side of marinara. Then I googled «Pizza Hut coupons» and found a code for free bread sticks with an order of a large pizza. I should have done this first because after I put the code in, I had to start the order all over again and delete out my original choices.
One large two topping pizza, free bread sticks, an extra side of sauce and a 2-​liter of soda for $ 12.18.
It was greasy, delicious, made my stomach feel funny, made my fingers glossy and put a huge smile on my face and heart. I should have gone with something healthier like homemade turkey burgers, but that’s hard to do with no ground turkey in the house.
