As soon as you walk inside, your sense of smell leads you to the counter filled with the most delicious treats you have ever seen. We tried a little bit of everything and each item was more delicious than the one before. The raspberry apple slab pie was the perfect mix of tart and sweet with a delicious flaky crust. The everything buttermilk biscuit was the most delicious thing I have ever eaten. Flaky, buttery, salty and was like tasting a warm everything bagel mixed with a biscuit texture. The crown jewel of today’s visit though, the Nashville hot chicken and waffles. Just the smell alone made them the best version of this dish I have had. The waffles had a crunchy exterior and a warm soft buttermilk center. The chicken had some heat but not overwhelming and was a nice golden brown. The best part of the dish was the chili maple syrup which I almost kicked off the plate. Why doesn’t every place use that type of syrup for chicken and waffles?! Overall, I can’t even recommend anything without recommending everything. Delicious little place in collingswood — RUN don’t walk to try this place out!

First time visit today! I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast sandwich on a biscuit. Service was friendly and the mismatched plates were quite charming. I don’t even like ice tea but I just wanted something cold and I actually really liked it here. Already craving another sammy! I will be back… very soon!

This is, without hyperbole, one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. The roll is the light but sturdy child of a croissant and a brioche bun, flavored with subtle herbs. The egg portion is a pillowy slice of a perfectly cooked frittata, not too dense, not runny. The bacon is quality with a level of smoky flavor you’d think was cooked over a cowboy’s campfire. I might go back at lunch for a second one, if it would not make me look like an insane person. If I was on death row, 3 of these would be my last meal. I want to amend my will and leave my vast estate to this sandwich. I want to buy a compound, gather followers, and worship this sandwich for the deity it is. The cider doughnut was also pleasing.

Down home cooking with a flair for creative ingredient combinations. Great uses of both sweet and savory. The pulled pork and egg breakfast burrito is out of this world(as is pretty much anything I’ve ever eaten there). The food is unpretentious and delicious with care given to the ingredients. I love this place!

A small cozy place with a limited menu of terrific baked goods, small meals and great, hot coffee. The window counter and large communal table offer comfort and atmosphere, though grab-and-go is an option, too. Breads and pies are a specialty, with a changing array available. I recommend the croissant — their perfect variation includes whole wheat flour and just a touch of sweetness on the flaky top. I’d like to mention the possibly under-rated«salad» they offer at lunch. Each week Constellation features a different salad concoction — a blend of healthy grains, veggies, herbs and spices mixed with a home-made dressing. A guilt-free and tasty lunch choice. Service is always friendly and welcoming!

Breakfast is fantastic and coffee from Revolution(from The Factory) is excellent for The prices. Limited hours but get there early with an empty stomach and you’ll be happy!

This is an excellent enterprise and I can only hope that Collingswood gets other similar places. Their Hot Nashville Chicken sandwich(I think that’s what its called) was unreal. Portions are small and it was kind of awkward sitting at one long table with other people, but I think that’s the feel they are going for.

I’ve been here a couple times and 90% of what i’ve gotten i’ve enjoyed. Hey, you can’t win every time. For a small space, they sure pack a punch in the aesthetics of this bakery. A gorgeous wooden communal table takes over the whole room. A bar top that sits right in front of the window where you can enjoy your baked goods, sip on coffee, and people watch. The prices reflect the quality. So here’s what I’m a fan of: breakfast sandwich(that brioche bun is everything), broccoli/ham frittata(delicious along with the side spread), chicken and waffles(chili maple syrup is spot on but would probably need 2 orders to fill me up), donuts, and the biscuit. Their version of beignets just wasn’t my cup of tea. I wish they had signs for each of the baked goods. I hated pointing and asking but the lady was more than happy to help. Oh almost forgot, i had the honey pie back at the Westmont Farmer’s Market and it is a must! Kudos and thanks to the the ladies in the kitchen. I’m still trying to get on that Five Dollar Holler, one day soon!

Because of the positive reviews, I dragged my little family to check this«cool new place» out, Sunday morning, 8:30am. Despite the staff being very polite, we were not impressed. We got 2 breakfast sandwiches, a waffle, a stale Apple cider donut,(there was no decaf coffee, no juice, no cappuccino, and a limited tea menu(only 2 options) for a «café») the warm provided water wasn’t all that good, despite having herbs within it. Very vey limited menu, very very small, and no bathroom for guests. After $ 35.00 we were not happy. It was average at best. We could have gone to Sabrina’s across the street, and gotten far more. I’m baffled at the positive reviews. This place isn’t as delicious, or great as it was made out to be. We tried it, but we will NOT be returning. It’s more or less for a quick cup of average coffee, a non stale scone and a quick exit. We will be sticking to Sabrinas for now on.

I live around the corner so they are a staple for breakfast on the weekends for my wife and I. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing and their coffee from Revolution roasters is equally delicious. We try a new bakery item each time we go and we have never been disappointed. The three owners are awesome and exciting, and are always up for explaining what each item is and how it’s made. I am so glad this shop calls Collingswood home because of how good and close they are. You have definitely found a long term customer.

I’m a lover to the breakfast sandwich so I was quick to order one($ 7). First taste was of the tender Brioche bun, then the biscuity and buttery middle, fluffy egg and crispy bacon. Hands down, it was one of my favorites of breakfast sandwiches. Not what I had expected. Halfway through, I thought, «Okay, okay this is just too good. Possibly, magnificent and unfair to any future breakfast sandwiches I plan on eating.» My Guy’s fried chicken waffle looked like a good menu contender. The taste of the waffle was light, airy and savory. Although, he had mentioned that the fried chicken was slightly dry. Muffins are not to go unnoticed and another delicious choice. The general trend is that the small shop is the bees knees on anything involving bread or baked goods. The brownies look rich and a mouthful. I’m pretty convinced I’ll try a slice of pie or order one for family. Inside the shop is little and quiet. It definitely has an in and out style with a few seats. There is a comfort charm but without the luxury of lingering for awhile. It is a step up from the Farmers Markets where they were limited or selling out quickly. They are located next to Il Fiore on Haddon Ave.

Granted, I’m writing this review in a food-induced happy coma, but I just can’t get over how awesome Constellation Collective is. I just IM’d my husband«they basically make magic in food form». After having some of their amazing muffins with my coffee over at Revolution Coffee Roasters, I’m overjoyed that Constellation Collective opened its own doors in Collingswood. Hopefully this town will be the perfect audience for their delicious offerings and hipster style. So far I’ve tried their savory breakfast sandwiches on brioche, melt-in-your-mouth biscuits with jam, richly flavored butternut squash soup, an adult grilled cheese, and more donuts than I should ever admit to. From the atmosphere and décor to the amazing food selection, I’m totally in love with Constellation Collective.

Finally, a quaint bakery/café in town that serves quality pastries and breakfast sandwiches, coffee of course and few lunch options as well that changes weekly. A simple menu that is not overwhelming, however from the looks of their items can make it a very hard to decision to make. I enjoyed the veggie brioche sandwich, made with brussle sprouts, mushrooms and cheese. It was very flavorful. The chicken biscuit, I am sorry to say fell a little flat for me. Biscuit itself was very moist, although I thought the chicken could have been more tender and the sriracha aoli didn’t stand out. The apple peanut butter muffin was delicious, very moist with small bits of peanut butter throughout. The chocolate rye scone was good too. I believe they serve their coffee from Revolution Coffee Roasters, which is another great spot to check out, and they also have fruit flavored water. I would very much like to come back to try more of everything else they have to offer. They accept credit cards, as well. Keep it up ladies!

This happening hipster bakery has a high quality of food that you would expect to find in a «cool» neighborhood in downtown Philly. Fortunately, we in the Philly suburb of Collingswood have the pleasure of welcoming this fine addition to the already excellent food scene on Haddon Ave! My wife and I stopped by this morning to check this place out. For only their third day in business I was really shocked at how many freshly baked goods were being sold. We had originally planned on buying some ‘Revolution Coffee’ and a small pastry, however once in this charming little store and faced with so many delicious looking choices our diets went out the window and we started trying things. My wife and I shared one of the finest pieces of pie that these lips have tasted in a long long time. We also had a chocolate cherry muffin that was really tasty. I saved the best for last guys. I had the best chicken and waffles ever! It was something that you would find at a place like ‘Honeys’ in Northern Liberties. I could see people lining around a city block to taste this dish in the future. Hopefully not many people read this review because we want to keep this place to ourselves! I’m looking forward to having many future delicious Sunday morning brunches at this really great bakery/coffee shop.

Constellation Collective is a trio of women baking and creating delicious food from thoughtfully sourced, local ingredients. Having outgrown their incubation space in the nearby Factory building, they’ve moved into a cozy storefront on Haddon Avenue that gives them the opportunity to showcase all of their amazing scones, muffins, breakfast sandwiches and more. Their offerings are rounded out by a signature blend from Revolution Coffee Roasters, their old neighbors at the Factory. Personally, my favorite items are their frittatas, more substantial and more savory than a quiche, and their breakfast sandwiches, which are without exaggeration the best I’ve ever had. I look forward to trying everything else that have to offer now that their have their own dedicated space. If you’re in the area, you really owe it to yourself to give Constellation Collective a visit.
