Have bought several dirt bikes and one side by side from them. Great experience, their service is fantastic even after the sale.

Worst service I’ve ever received. Got an estimate, ordered the parts, left my bike with them three weeks. They never called to tell me my bike was done, so I went to get it. Got there, rude service manager said we are not working on your bike, we don’t know how to. My bike is a Yamaha, they are a yamaha shop. They knew the bike, they saw it many times before when I brought it in. I also had the repair manual for their convenience. He said sorry about the parts you ordered, we don’t have time to figure out and work on your bike. This was my first bike and they new this. Where do they think I would have bought my second bike if they treated me like this. So spending an extra hour or two on my bike might have cost them $ 100 bucks, so what, they made a commitment. How much are they going to loose now that I’m planning to by my second new bike this summer, plus all the extras I would have bought. Not very good business sense in my opinion. Oh yea, a kid fixed all the repairs on my bike in his garage! Lol, kinda makes you wonder how good their mechanics are if they couldn’t fix it, doesn’t it? Just my opinion
