I’m rating one star because customer service was the absolute worst!!! There were 4 customer service representatives standing around the register gossiping. No one greets you as you enter the store, they don’t even acknowledge your presence, they were engrossed in their conversation. I asked if they had wired ribbon, they all looked at each other, had to think for a moment and one brave soul spoke up and said, «yeah». The others questioned each other and one said she didn’t know. Mind you, this is a fabric store, not that big. Wired ribbon is a basic item you should know whether or not you carry it and where it is located in the store. Once I got my answer, I asked where can I find it? One lady pointed to the middle of the store and said, «somewhere over there». Well pardon me, I didn’t mean to take you away from your conversation to do your job. I found what I was looking for, which was not where I was directed to go. Now it’s time to checkout. My item was on sale, cashier rang me up, and I had to ask her if she gave me the sale price? She responded by sighing, rolling her eyes, shifting her weight as she adjusted the price. Horrible, lazy workers that day.

i go to Joanns alot usually once a week at least and there is one lady in there that is always smiling and nice. humming to herself and being pleasant and then there is her coworker who is the total opposite… she wasnt rude just didnt seem happy that she had to work the last couple of times i went in. Prices were good and you can usually find a coupon or two in the weekly circular by the front door. my advice is to find the humming happy lady!:)

Staff was friendly(there was a guy working there!) and I didn’t have to wait forever and ever to get my fabric cut. This place has fabric almost as high as the ceiling, and they always seem to have good sales.
