Their customer service has really gone down hill. It was hard to get a sales persons attention and then check-out took forever. They did not honor a coupon from their own service technician. They misquoted the installation cost — it was double what they said. Their installation contractor was terrible — only wanted to work on a quick and easy install. They refused to take the old dishwasher out — even though they were the ones who put it in 2 years ago. We kicked them out and took our business elsewhere

Run fast… away. Not a good experience and getting someone to interact with you a week after the sale has entailed 2 phone calls, one email including«The President’s Hotline» which still has netted no response.

My husband and I recently had a wonderful experience at the Appliance Factory. Chuck, who was our sales rep, was attentive and knowledgable and went above and beyond to help us purchase W/D. He was not pushy and allowed us to do some price comparison shopping allowing us to make a stress free decision. UPDATE: Again Chuck went above and beyond for us at the Appliance Factory! With our condo requirements they needed a certificate of insurance before they could approve delivery. Chuck helped us get what we needed by working directly with their corporate office when we originally received little to no response regarding our request. We are truly thankful to Chuck and his colleagues at the Appliance Factory store at the Garden of the God’s location who took my calls, listened to the information and was able to relay what need to be relayed to Chuck when he was out of the office.

Horrible experience… run in the other direction before buying anything from here. We had a brand new washer that broke within the first year of having it. It took them over two months to try to fix it it and then I had to fight to get a new one, then was told I would be charged $ 70 to have it delivered. The customer service team is horrible, unprofessional and unwilling to help until you have had enough. I am young and just starting out on life’s adventure and I will never go back for any future appliance, and tell everyone I know how terrible it has been. If I could give a negative star rating I would!!!
