This practice used to be great but the last few years it has gone downhill. They over book and don’t have time to talk to you. Dr Z rushes you out the door because you are over your 10 minutes. I’m changing dr’s

The office has a robo dial that needs some attention. It doesn’t have the logic to make one call per household. With great news that the flu vaccine has arrived. I received the call three times within 5 minutes. I wasn’t asked to sign up for these idiotic messages. A call to the office produced a busy signal.

I left a bad review about these guys and filed a BBB complaint. They fired my 1 year old daughter as a patient in response to the complaints! Wow so instead of resolving the issue you fire the patient, way to reach a new level of scum bags.

Dr. KENT is a great family pratice doc. «outside» lab right onsite. Brandi great nurse. Why I do not like some of the process I do feel I receive good care and concern by all staff.

Beautiful Facility and friendly, helpful staff. My family has gone to this practice for years and we have seen almost every provider there at one time or another. The care and understanding that is provided surpasses all previous experiences. Nice to have a high end medical facility in our neighborhood.

We used to love this practice, but they’ve really dropped the ball time and again in the last couple years. We’re DONE! We have a child with a histroy of UTIs. Sooo, we go in for an appt that sounds like a UTI to me, get meds for something else, then two days later I take a screaming child into the ER on a Saturday night for… a UTI! Thanks folks, not only do I get to pay YOUR bill, but now an ER bill for a cronic issue you missed. They constantly lose and don’t return messages and their followup is non-​existant. Huge dissapointment!

I would highly recommend that you do NOT go here. I got the feeling of being «herded» through the process. On average you’ll get 7 min with the Dr. if that. I had an appointment and was called to move it twice due to some lunch the Dr. was having with a sales rep. I was unable to move it due to my own work schedule. When I showed up the Dr came in after no vitals were taken, asked me two questions and gave me his diagnosis. Then to top it off I just received a bill from an appointment 3 years ago! I was never billed until just now. I called to question the bill from 3 years ago and just got told my insurance denied the claim…3 years ago. I’m fine with insurance denying it but three years later I receive a bill for less than $ 100 that I was never billed for before? Horrible, horrible staff and assembly line process to medicine. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
