What can be the most negative thing to see when you first walk into an establishment? An employee in the early twenties that sleeps at a table with his head down on the table. Do I want to eat here? Do you work here and where is the Manager? Talk about professionalism out the window at this place.

I needed to change my baby’s diaper & they didn’t have a changing table in either restroom. I stood at the counter to get some fries & all 3 workers stood there talking & never turned around to acknowledge me. I finally walked out and then I heard one of the girls say«Really?». I’m too old for high school bs. Very unprofessional & a great first impression of a carls junior for me — good job guys. This particular a location was on woodmen & campus in co springs.

Took 25 minutes and they still couldn’t get the order right. Not that I was expecting any better I guess. If management cares, we were there 10⁄29 night around 7:30pm.

Save Chick-fil-A and Drifters, I don’t usually do fastfood. When I go to either of those, I expect fast service from CFA and Drifters has a different standard. When I decided to go to Carl’s Jr., it was on a whim. I am currently in the drive through and have been here for 20+ minutes. I was one car from getting my order when I started this review(turned on my phone, signed on, searched, and wrote this far) and they just tried to hand me the wrong order. There was no apology for the wait, and while the server seemed nice, no one seemed to care about the people LEAVING the drive through after their order was taken.

The picture posted is of my burger as it was given to me. They burned the bun, but instead of giving me a new bun, they«picked» off the burned area. eek. who does that? Further, there was not enough sauce to taste on my western bacon cheeseburger. I rarely ever get to eat at Carl’s Jr. as we don’t have them in OH, so it is pretty bad if the experience is bad. Chain restaurants should be consistent. This is one I would skip.
