Colorado Custom Blinds Shades and Shutters

We used Malia to furnish our entire home with the necessary blinds when we bought our home last year, May 2014.
I have had to purchase blinds for an entire home three other times and oh how I wish I had Malia then!!!
After calling her, she was able to work with my husband and my very odd and chaotic schedules and came to our house with samples and as much information as we could possibly want. She was even able to help us choose the «right white» to match the trim in the house when we were stuck between a couple colors. The price for what we wanted was great!
When the blinds we ordered came in (which was pretty quick), a gentleman came and installed them quickly and correctly but Malia still called and emailed to verify we were happy with him, the installation and the blinds themselves. Of course we were.
A few months down the road we noticed a couple of slats in one set of blinds was a shade different on just one side than the rest of them. We were so worried that we didn’t catch it in time, but Malia was instantly helpful. She came over, took the blinds down and then re-​installed the correct blinds for us.
A couple of months after that even, the strings in another set of blinds had gotten twisted or something and was not working properly. Again, we were thinking this would be outside of the realm of coverage. But, nope! Malia came over, took them down and drove them herself to the shop to have them restrung, brought them back, and installed them. So impressive!
Just today we contacted her again regarding a broken, small plastic part screwed into the bottom of a door window that the blinds click into to keep them from banging against the door every time we opened or closed it. Again, with an almost immediate response she has taken care of getting the part we need. I’ve never experienced such customer service before. She is never rude or irritated, no matter how stupid the issue might be. She is the most patient person I’ve ever dealt with in business, and I would recommend her and her blinds to anyone!
