You can actually reach a person rather than a machine when you call! Our gas range was leaking and Daniel was thorough in finding the source and took the time to explain the issue to me. The service call and replacement part were both reasonably priced, and Daniel was knowledgeable and efficient.

I am so grateful to Daniel and the crew. I have a huge and expensive GE Monogram fridge (that came w/the house) that went out and only a few people in town even deal with them. I had another «repair» service take a look first and they gave me a $ 1500 estimate! So I had CS Appliance Repair take a look and they found out that I didn’t even need the repair the other company said was necessary and they fixed my fridge for 75% less!!! These guys are honest and fair and I would recommend them without hesitation.
